RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with you purchase, you can send it back to us within 7 days of receipt.

Please ensure the items are undamaged and in their original packaging.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

All returns need to be send back in the original condition and in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, scratched or damaged.
MoYao doesn't cover the cost of return shipping and is not liable for items lost during return shipping.
We are unable to refund the cost of shipping for your original order.

RETURNS FOR JEWELRY SETS:

When you return one or more item purchased as a set - you will be charged the full price of the remaining items without the set discount. We do not offer exchanges for sets.

RETURNS FOR EARRINGS:
We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.
RETURN PROCESS:
Step1: Please contact us at support@missomas.com stating your order number to process your return. You will receive an email with return instructions within 48h.
Step 2: Simply post the items to the address mentioned in the return instructions.
Step 3: Please inform us the return tracking number via email, the date of shipping out the parcel must fall within 7 days return period.
DONE!

Once we’ve received and inspected your return we’ll send you an email with a confirmation.


Returns are usually processed within five business days since receipt.
